Title of Professor Laurillard’s talk:  ‘Why should HE be able to make learning at scale feasible through technology?’
The talk drew on current projects that investigate the use of MOOC technology to act as part of a blended learning approach to the large scale global demand for HE. The contexts included teacher professional development, and the professional development of disadvantaged groups of young people in migrant and refugee communities.
