Interests: Professor Jonathan Liu is an esteemed academic leader and influential figure in business education. He is the Co-Founder and Executive Dean of the International Business School in Sale, Manchester, and serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Wales, Trinity St David, where he supervises doctoral research students. Additionally, he holds the position of Vice Provost and Founding Dean of the School of Management and Leadership at Elite Innovation College Cambridge.

Jonathan plays a significant role in cultural and educational initiatives, notably as Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the Ming-Ai (London) Institute, where he oversees the strategic development of the organisation. His academic contributions extend globally through his role as Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Business Performance Management, published by Inderscience Publishers. An active scholar, Jonathan has published over one hundred articles and ten books in Business and Management, with a research focus on Entrepreneurship, Venture Creation, Heritage Management, and Performance Management. Jonathan is on the Council of the National Conference of Universities Professors, a Council member of the Universities China Committee in London, and an elected Council member of the British Academy of Management.
